My name is Becky Chan. I was born and raised in the suburbs of California. I live in Oakland, California with my husband, three kids, and dog Parker.

PICO|PARKER

I started this blog as a creative outlet, and to encourage myself to view the world with a different perspective. Named after the two best explorers out there and my favorite beasts - Pico(second) and Parker, I hope to connect with people and inspire others to take risks and to leave the world in a better place than we all found it.

It has transformed into space for working parents navigating the beautiful, messy, and ever-changing journey of raising young kids while balancing careers, relationships, and self-care. Through real stories, practical tips, and community-driven ideas, I share what I’ve learned about making family life work—without losing yourself in the process.
